Q. What areas do you service?

A. We service serves the following areas Littleton, Ken Caryl, Lakewood (parts), Golden, Highlands Ranch, Chatfield, Lone Tree Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Sedalia and Roxborough

Q. Are you Bonded and Insured?

A. Yes, every member of the Yip Yap Pet Sitters staff is bonded and insured.

Q. How do I pay?

A. We accept cash and checks may be made payable to Yip Yap Pet Sitters. Payment is due when service is contracted. Well established clients may pay Bi-Weekly or Monthly for their convenience.

Q. Is there a way for you to keep in touch with us, just to let us know everything is okay?

A. Absolutely, as part of our service, we provide our clients with phone numbers, e-mails and voicemails. Just let us know how often you would like an update on your pet. We are here to serve you and give you peace of mind when you are away from your pet.

Q. What happens if I come back early from my trip, do I get a refund?

A. Yes, or we will credit your account for your next visit.
